Comment ne pas succomber \u00e0 l\u2019appel du distributeur automatique quand vous avez un creux ou que votre coll\u00e8gue vient d\u2019ouvrir une canette de coca ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, vous pouvez transformer vos habitudes pour avoir une routine alimentaire plus saine ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici nos conseils.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"privilegier-les-repas-confectionnes-a-la-maison\">Privil\u00e9gier les repas confectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La meilleure solution pour manger sainement au travail est souvent d\u2019apporter ses repas, car cela permet de contr\u00f4ler mieux ce que l\u2019on consomme, et cela est \u00e9galement plus \u00e9conomique sur le long terme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cantines d\u2019entreprise peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre une bonne alternative si l\u2019on sait faire des choix \u00e9clair\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, pour ceux qui mangent syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, il est important de varier les repas pour couvrir tous les besoins en diff\u00e9rents vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Avant de commencer son repas, prendre le temps de faire une jolie assiette, de s\u2019en impr\u00e9gner visuellement, de sentir l\u2019odeur des aliments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut prendre \u00e9galement le temps de m\u00e2cher, de se concentrer sur ses sensations alimentaires, de poser la fourchette entre les bouch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eviter absolument de manger en regardant la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision ou devant l\u2019ordinateur : l\u2019esprit humain n\u2019est pas fait pour se concentrer sur deux choses en m\u00eame temps !
