En tant que coach, notre r\u00f4le est de trouver des solutions pour vous !<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-exemple-de-faim-emotionnelle\">Un exemple de faim \u00e9motionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Cela fait quelques minutes que vous avez envie de manger ces biscuits, ces chips ou cette petite gourmandise. Vous y pensez de mani\u00e8re presque continue depuis 15 minutes. Allez-vous craquer par faim ou par pulsion ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire la diff\u00e9rence entre faim et besoin \u00e9motionnel est di\u001dffcile. En effet, une faim r\u00e9elle est reconnaissable car le corps envoie des signaux, comme les gargouillis &#8211; notre corps nous parle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La di\u001dfficult\u00e9 est que, dans le style de vie actuel, notre t\u00eate nous parle, elle aussi, de nourriture, nos \u00e9motions brouillent les signaux &#8211; on mange par automatisme.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comprendre-sa-faim-pour-y-faire-face\">Comprendre sa faim pour y faire face<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, quand l\u2019envie de manger arrive, on doit simplement se poser ces questions: ai-je ENVIE ou BESOIN de manger cette sucrerie ? Ne suis-je pas en passe de manger ceci pour m\u2019apaiser avant de passer \u00e0 autre chose ? \u00bb Souvent la r\u00e9ponse sera \u00ab oui \u00bb. Dans ce cas, boire une tisane ou un verre d\u2019eau sera une bonne alternative et se transformera en une excellente habitude.
