Il faut aussi diminuer la<br>consommation d\u2019aliments trop riches en graisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Voici quelques conseils express !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limitez-votre-consommation-de-viande\">Limitez votre consommation de viande<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 ne consommer des viandes hach\u00e9es ou pan\u00e9es qu\u2019une fois par semaine tout au plus. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, limitez votre consommation de viande et volaille \u00e0 max. 150 g par repas. Deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe par assiette de p\u00e2tes suffisent largement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous cuisinez souvent avec de la cr\u00e8me, choisissez des produits all\u00e9g\u00e9s contenant max. 5 % M.G. Evitez, ou limitez au maximum, votre consommation de plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"petit-dejeuner-leger\">Petit d\u00e9jeuner l\u00e9ger<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Si vous mangez souvent des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u201cpetit d\u00e9jeuner\u201d, faites le bon choix: les mueslis croquants sont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 fois plus gras que, par exemple, les mueslis non croquants, les Fitness original ou les Special K. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si possible, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez le pain ou des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"collations-faites-les-bons-choix\">Collations, faites les bons choix ! <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Pour vos collations, choisissez des fruits, des produits laitiers maigres ou des biscuits natures.
