C&rsquo;est ce qui permet de nous renforcer int\u00e9rieurement et d&rsquo;accomplir plein de choses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la vie de tous les jours, qu&rsquo;elle soit professionnelle, familiale ou personnelle, nous faisons face \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements auxquels il faut r\u00e9pondre. Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont appel\u00e9s <strong>des contraintes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces contraintes sont m\u00eame parfois des d\u00e9fis lorsque l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il va falloir faire face \u00e0 ces contraintes et y r\u00e9pondre. Notre mental intervient pour comparer ce qu&rsquo;il doit faire \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il sait faire. Donc comparer les contraintes \u00e0 nos ressources. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le stress n\u00e9gatif. Et lorsque le stress n\u00e9gatif est l\u00e0, on est comme bloqu\u00e9s, comme prisonniers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut toujours faire face en modifiant ses propres sch\u00e9mas mentaux. Les contraintes vont diminuer d&rsquo;elles m\u00eames face \u00e0 des ressources qui vont augmenter. Pour ce faire, nous allons utiliser des outils que nous verrons au fur et \u00e0 mesure des modules que je pr\u00e9senterai et que nous allons d\u00e9couvrir au fil de cette formation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces outils, nous allons parvenir \u00e0 r\u00e9duire, \u00e0 fragmenter et m\u00eame \u00e0 dissoudre le stress. Cela nous permettra de retrouver de la confiance, plus de confort mental synonyme de performance et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie !<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-trois-types-de-stress\">Les trois types de stress<\/h2>\n\n\n<iframe width=\"350\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/H1SzdoYWOVw\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons trois \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quivalents stress\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e9quivalent stress physique<\/span><\/strong> en premier lieu. Lorsqu&rsquo;en fait le stress s&rsquo;accumule, entra\u00eene des douleurs, des douleurs r\u00e9currentes pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fibromyalgie. Le second \u00e9quivalent stress est<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent stress mental<\/span><\/strong>. Lorsque effectivement le stress qui s&rsquo;accumule est r\u00e9p\u00e9titif, une fatigue mentale s&rsquo;installe, pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;au burn out. Et le troisi\u00e8me, qu&rsquo;on appellera <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e9quivalent le stress \u00e9motionne<\/span>l<\/strong>. Lorsque la fatigue \u00e0 la fois nerveuse, \u00e9motionnelle, et mentale est importante. Cela aboutit dans un premier temps \u00e0 la d\u00e9prime et ensuite \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lien-entre-comportements-alimentaires-et-stress\">Lien entre comportements alimentaires et stress<\/h2>\n\n\n<iframe width=\"350\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j9cR5lpobfM\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a une hormone responsable de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 qui est la leptine. Cette hormone envoie des signaux au cerveau pour lui dire que nous sommes rassasi\u00e9s. Et donc nous stoppons l&rsquo;action de manger. Cette hormone va solliciter d&rsquo;autres hormones qui sont les hormones du bien-\u00eatre et du plaisir: la dopamine et la s\u00e9rotonine. Il faut savoir que le cortisol, produit en cas de stress, va toujours prendre le dessus sur la leptine en faisant chuter la production de leptine, ce qui explique effectivement que le cerveau ne va pas recevoir l&rsquo;information de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de stress ponctuel, on a plut\u00f4t l&rsquo;estomac nou\u00e9. Mais dans une situation de stress chronique, le cortisol va inhiber l&rsquo;action de la leptine. Raison pour laquelle on se r\u00e9fugie vers des aliments plaisir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre impact du cortisol, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il consomme beaucoup de s\u00e9rotonine, cette hormone du plaisir. Malheureusement le vecteur, le synth\u00e9tiseur de cette hormone, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;insuline. Nouvelle raison pour laquelle, effectivement, lorsqu&rsquo;on sollicite trop ce complexe adr\u00e9naline-cortisol par le stress chronique, on se r\u00e9fugie une nouvelle fois vers les aliments ultra transform\u00e9s.<br><br>\u00c0 noter: on a mis en \u00e9vidence que les individus qui ont un IMC \u00e9lev\u00e9 donc sont beaucoup plus sujets \u00e0 un stress psychologique.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"troubles-generes-par-le-stress-sur-notre-corps\">Troubles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le stress sur notre corps<\/h2>\n\n\n<iframe width=\"350\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vB5PwhJ8sz4\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand ce stress s&rsquo;accumule et devient chronique, les cons\u00e9quences pour la sant\u00e9 sont n\u00e9fastes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce couple adr\u00e9naline-cortisol, sollicit\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on fr\u00e9quente, qui va \u00eatre n\u00e9faste pour l&rsquo;organisme. Une diminution de l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9, une diminution de la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, des troubles alimentaires, des troubles digestifs. Des douleurs.
